Cruising the waterways of Holland: Summer in Landsmeer

Because it is still SO. DAMN. COLD. in Holland despite it being officially Spring (hmmmpf!), I decided to revisit a photograph taken right at the beginning of my life here in Amsterdam. This was taken in a gorgeous place about an hours bike ride away from the city in the middle of the countryside. This place in particular is a-mazing. A long with being able to rent out boats and canoes, they also have a mini-farm and beautiful farm house selling all the tea and cakes an Englishwoman could want. If you’re ever in Amsterdam in the summer and fancy something different, I would absolutely recommend a ride out to this place!
