So this Christmas, for the ONLY other Christmas I have ever spent away from home, I spent 10 glorious days driving around Iceland’s Ring Road. Expensive, yes, freezing yes, but one of the most naturally awe-inspiring, road-trip-perfect countries I’ve ever visited.
